Stay here a lot. So close to the airport but in a great area. Walk to restauants, free parking is a big plus. Go to the Florida Bakery (a short walk down Kennedy Blvd) for a real Cuban sandwich.

Overpriced and Rundown – Zero Privacy, Lied about Pool (closed), Poor Lighting, and Rusting Fixtures. Horrible experience. No privacy—the windows faced office workers, so we had to keep the shades closed the entire time. No natural sunlight either since the room faced an indoor atrium. The shower head was disgusting, the lamps were rusting, and I can’t believe we paid over $750 for two nights. Lied about rooftop pool -- they advertise it, but it's been CLOSED since October. A 1-star experience. My 5-YO had bumps on her leg -- potentially bed bugs. My wife is furious that I picked this place over all the other options in Tampa.

Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Publix right next store and mall across the street - as well as Dunkin and Starbucks. Lots of options for meals. We did lose water for a full day - we couldn't shower, brush teeth, etc before heading out. Front desk told us to use bottled water! We didn't try to shower with bottled water. I assumed we would receive some sort of compensation - but nothing was offered. Otherwise the stay was good.

We didn’t realize that we had a room with a window view of the lobby below so there was minimal outdoor lighting. We couldn’t see enough to iron the wrinkles out of our clothing. Carpet was peeling up, dust on vents, boil notice (get not their fault), just minor things that added up. Check in was easy, the staff was kind and parking access was convenient. I don’t think we’d stay here again but it’s not the worst choice either.
