Everything was amazing from check-in to check out. The process was very smooth. It was very convenient to a lot of things like the stadiums, the trains and the buses. The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly! We particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast options and the afternoon happy hours. Highly recommend this hotel, definitely would stay here again!

Came to Seattle for a show at Wamu, which was conveniently located near the hotel. Embassy was amazing. Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a city view room & what a view it was! The room was very comfortable, service was top notch, & we really appreciated the free breakfast buffet & evening drinks & snacks. Will definitely stay again in the future.

During our stay last December a pair of expensive sweat pants disappeared from our room. They were folded at the end of the bed and after housekeeping came in, they were gone. I reported it and all i got was, sorry, we havent found them. The staff was very dismissive when I told them about it. The sweats were grey on a white bedspread, I dont understand how house keeping couldnt see them. I will never stay here again. House keeping steals. If you do stay, hide your nice things. And the hotel staff didnt help at all. I'm very disappointed.
