I will not be staying at this place again. The staff was not friendly. Trash cans on pool area and level G were overflowing with trash. The breakfast was very basic.(no eggs bacon or fruit). For the price I paid I was expecting a 4-5 star hotel. It was a 3 star. The pool and beach is nice but not the hotel.

Overall a good hotel. Only stayed one night. Average as the bedroom floor was dirty with sand so hadn’t been cleaned at all. Other areas were all clean and made up well. Breakfast was low quality, served on paper plates.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A couple of more days there would have been ideal. While reception staff were nice, there could have been a bit more warmth shown from there. Otherwise a perfect stay with a great room, stunning view and excellent breakfasts. Would willingly return and recommend it to friends.

Liked that it was right on the beach. Only downside was we were supposed to have an ocean view balcony and when we checked in they told me they were sold out and that three floors were closed due to deep cleaning. We got a sound view instead along with the parking lot. Not happy but didn’t feel like going somewhere else on short notice.

I was not asked if everything was satisfactory about our stay when checking out. I find that almost all hotels ask this on check out. we were not impressed by the low quality breakfast options. I found it annoying to bend way down to get yogurt out of the refrigerator after peering to see the flavors. We were subjected to noise above our room from 7:30 am till 11 pm some days. It sounds like someone was building furniture with a sander and a drill.

We loved the hotel and the amenities. However when we went to the front desk to get someone to work on the squeak bed the 1st thing out of the receptionist mouth was we are full we can’t move you which that wasn’t what we were asking. Then she ask the manager on duty that happen to walk up and that was the very 1st thing she said. “We are full, we don’t have any rooms to move you”. My husband said I only want the bed looked at to see if maybe it can be fixed. We wanted to keep our room. Luckily maintenance was sent and they got rid of the horrible squeak completely. Kudos to maintenance. When I booked our room on a booking site and SpringHill Suites being considered on the line of a hotel I wasn’t expecting to pay $25 a night for parking. But staying on the beach has it’s privileges so I guess we should have figured.

Awesome Paradise Hotel

I loved the amenities at this hotel. Beautiful secluded beach, awesome pool for my little ones (shallow area, lazy river), awesome poolside bar options and music. Breakfast options were plentiful! One specific house keeping employee was quite rude 2 separate early mornings when we were not ready for them so I removed one star on service but the other house keeper was very kind. Loved the restaurants, coffee options, drinks and ice cream!

First, location was great. Being on the ocean side was beautiful. There were two big negatives for us.!! The wi-fi did not work at all and you can barely get cell service. Working remotely was impossible. And they charge a $25 parking fee that was not well advertised. The hotel is nit located in an area that justified a parking fee. Just gouging!
