Loved this property. Great location and nice interior. Considering it's called a luxury townhouse, I was surprised at the low quality cooking utensils and cookware. This kitchen did not seem like one that was expected to be used. The whisk folds in half, no pizza pan, and limited knives. The spaciousness was lovely, and the living room area was excellent for our family. We enjoyed the water park (although weren't allowed to bring in snacks despite most other families having outside snacks). The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Some of the best staff in the hospitality industry that we've seen. We'd stay here again for sure. Two suggestions: add hooks for jackets since there's no coat closet and for towels in bathrooms, and address the unpleasant odor from the washing machine.

Excellent place to stay. Has the benefits of walking distance to resort water park, and another area with pools. Condos were clean, equipped, modern. The resort provides a shuttle for near by trips. Excellent option, especially if traveling with kids.

Our stay at the property was very nice. We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit, with the pool table. Our family enjoyed having the pool table for nightly games. The resort property was clean and safe and the condo itself was modern and nice. Staff was attentive and quick to help us with any request or questions.

Everything was good. But consider distances and trafficbefore booking. This was not a problem for us as we were aware. This was a quality condo. (But supplies were limited eg toilet paper dishwasher soap number of towels). Pools were excellent

Excellent process to check in, just grab your compendium containing all the information about the facilities and walk into your beautiful townhome with the provided access code. Safe, spacious and fully equipped, this was the perfect start to our Disney World holiday.

The property was very clean the condo was very clean and spacious I loved the condo. I didn’t like that there was no parking at the condo you had to park at the front checking area and walk to the condo our cons about 4 blocks from the front desk also no parking at The water park had tot walk about 8 blocks to the water park. You can pull you car up the condo for loading and unloading then you have to move it not convenient. Also the condo was on the second floor you have to take the stairs there is no elevator and once inside the condo more stairs to the 3rd floor for the 5th bed room. Love the condo dislike the stairs and parking.

Great clean property, no parking directly in front of your building but they do offer shuttle service. Thats the only downfall but Id still book again! Lots of amenities!
