The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip, but the noise in the room, and the lack of daily cleaning was beyond disappointing. I shared this feedback with the front desk staff and was met with an apology, but no commitment to resolve. Each morning from 5:30am-7:30am there was a drilling sound in the room that was unbearable. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. Each day we would see the cleaning staff in the hallway to confirm we left for the day, but would return to the room to find it was never serviced. We called for clean towels and soap so we could shower…it took three calls for the staff to send towels, wash clothes and soap. The location is not enough to overcome this experience.
