This hotel is amazing! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that feels like a condo—super clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme, even better than the pictures. It features a spacious kitchen, two full bathrooms, a balcony, a screened patio, and an in-room washer; I regret not staying here sooner. Plus, there are fantastic family activities to enjoy!

I’ve stayed at this property 3 other times, but when it was Liki Tiki Village. Now that Hilton Vacation Club took over, I’ve had a much better experience this time around. Checkin was a breeze and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at this resort again!

There was a lot of renovation going so maybe they hadn’t gotten around to certain building, but my suite was not up to par. I never expect hotels to look like the pictures but this was beyond disappointing. There were holes in the walls, a weird smell in the room amongst other things. I asked to be moved but they didn’t have any other suites available so I checked out early. Staff was super nice though

This property is old, tired, and desperately needs upgraded. Hilton needs to step up the pace of building refurbishment. Our unit had VERY subpar furniture. We had to sweep up roaches that the cleaner apparently overlooked, and we killed another live one-not a good look.
