Families stay clear.

No free breakfast first morning. Lobby toilets no toilet paper and filthy. Advertised free shuttle service from airport. Argued with front desk I had to take can. The room they gave me was fair to say the least. Pool was green. Welfare hotel in back row. I could go on all day. A place to sleep, that's it

Typically, If I do not have anything nice to say I will keep it to myself. However, my experience with this place was beyond terrible and safety related so I felt need to share. If I could rate it -10 stars I would. After a very bad flight experience due to weather, and significant flight delays I booked here to rest for a short while before catching the next flight. My flight was delayed over 3 hours, which landed us around 2:30am vs. our original time of 11:30pm. I repeatedly called this hotel and all operators possible to get the message across that I would be landing extremely late but would still be planning to utilize the room. Over 20 phone calls later, there was zero response from anybody at this hotel. Upon arriving to the hotel around 3:30am, the lobby doors were locked, and the front desk receptionist would not allow me to enter. He spoke to me through a window, and explained to me that they did not have my room available and that I needed to have arrived at an earlier time. I asked if I could enter the lobby while I made phone calls to figure out my safest and easiest plan at this point. He would still not allow me to enter. He would not give me my money back, and he would not connect me with any type of management. The least he could have done was help me find another place to go. This is unacceptable! I hope that no other person has to feel as vulnerable and unsafe as I did. I paid for another Uber back to the airport and slept on the floor.

Beware of this motel! Online it seemed to be much better than it actually was. No wonder the cost was non-refundable. It was surprising a major motel chain had their name associated with this establishment.

En el lobby no había una persona que hablara español. No había elevador para subir al segundo piso. El baño estaba botando agua constantemente y el lavamanos agrietado. No recogieron la basura. El TV no funcionó. Lo único bueno que tenía la habitación fue el aire acondicionado.

Served its purpose.

Room served its purpose. Needed a place to relax for about 5 hours before our early morning flight. Room wasn’t dirty, just not completely maintained. Could tell Nan aids were being put on things. Entire tub Florian was disconnected so I can only imagine the water damage below the tub in the basement or crawl space. Again, served its unit I won’t be coming back or would I recommend it to anyone staying in the area on vacation. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a night, it’ll do.
