It was evident improvements have been made but it appears at a lower quality. It was clean I appreciate that. The staff in the bar had only one person one and she ran her tail off, Ramada should have been more prepared for the full hotel of quests to cover the businesses.

The staff was awesome. Our room was conveniently located to travel with pets. However, that’s where it ended. Breakfast was crowed with limited options. Kids everywhere running a muck. Hotel was musty and dirty. Room was very underwhelming and limited space.

For some reason, the night we stayed was 3x the average rate for the same room. I assume it was because of the 4 kids hockey teams that were staying at the hotel the same night. There was no warning they were there. We definitely would have picked a different place had we known. We picked this hotel because of the pool area and the restaurant, we were unable to use either. There was one employee visible the entire time we were there. We slept (wasnt quiet until after 1am) until 630 then got the hell out of there. Our particular room smelled like old cigarettes, had wallpaper peeling of the walls, and the heater was temperamental as my ex. Set it to 65, and it was about 55 degrees. Set it to 66, and it was 75. Not only will i never use this property again, I'll never use the brand again. I've never been so unhappy with a place before.
