We felt unsafe. Door handle was loose, gaps in door, questionable people hanging around in parking lot, bedding looked dirty and stained.

Great location. Room was clean. Outside area had a lot of stuff laying around and unkept areas with weeds. Breakfast area very clean and nice selection. Staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Great property, great location and great price. Basic property that is clean, comfortable and convenient to Manitou Springs. Has everything you need for a great price. Management is helpful and happy to help. Check out Mo's for breakfast directly across the street. You won't be sorry.

Expectations of Quality Inn--no way this is anywhere close to quality. Poor bed. Stark. Felt like prison room. Asked for help with TV. After fumbling around person said was not a "smart" TV. Frustrating experience. Never again for this location. I hope it was an anomaly. Makes me doubt future stays at >Quality Inns. Don't stay here. During breakfast down street, got notice of cc purchases. Cleared that up BUT in mean time bogus (?) charge cc company refused for $100 from here. Don't stay here.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Balanced Rock of the Garden of the Gods, Wow it was 2 minutes driving from the park and I got the opportunity to see deer at the near by city park
