first morning there seemed to be short staff situation and when I went down for breakfast at the scheduled time, it wasn't even close to being ready. The lady who appeared to be working the desk and kitchen was walking around holding her stomach like she was sick and groaning. the rest of our stay breakfast was very good.

Great location for a visit to Garden of the Gods. A slightly older hotel that was nonetheless very clean. Has been refurbished but could have used a little more attention to detail.( e.g. there was a poorly fitted slip cover on the small sofa in the room; better to replace the sofa)

Overall a nice stay

The key cards continued to stop working. We had to have them reprogrammed several times. The rooms were very clean and nice cleaning staff were very nice.

So many pillows that was excellent and plenty of towels, pool looked clean so did the hot tub. Didnt smell super chlorine like or overly chemicals. Had actual shampoo and conditioner and body wash not a tiny travel sample thats barly enough for one person one time. But it was mounted on the wall and actually enough for my family of 4 to all bathe two times just fine. Has a tub not just a shower making child bath easy.
