We typically stay close to Michigan avenue when we stay in Chicago. I decided to try this hotel instead and will be staying here in the future. The lobby on the 15th floor is beautiful - bright & spacious with fabulous skyline views.

There is a parking garage right across the street, it’s $62 a day. It may be cheaper to take the Metra downtown and walk to the hotel. The hotel is on the Chicago River and the area is beautiful. The rooms are nice, they have fridges but, no microwave. There are plenty of places to eat, all within a mile of the hotel. Midway airport is a 20 minute drive.

I know there were some negative reviews so I wanted to come on and say that my family and I thought this hotel was great. We stayed at the beginning of March 2025. We had a double queen hotel room facing the city, great view. It had plenty of room, was clean and the bathroom was sufficient. I will say the market inside the hotel is very expensive so use it as a last resort. Two drinks and popcorn cost $40. The hotel website also stated in the notes that there is a buffet for breakfast, which there is not. Parking was easy but there is a $58 nightly rate associated with it. The pool is large and fantastically warm. We also enjoyed the fitness room & sauna which was also nice. This hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and we felt safe and comfortable walking with our children. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again especially if I was attending a market at The Mart again. The convenience of not having to walk outside to the mart is great,

The hotel was decent. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We stayed from Friday to Monday and hung the "please tidy the room" sign Saturday and Sunday, but did not get our room cleaned. Smelled like weed throughout. No fans in the bathroom. Bathroom sink didn't drain very well. Website lists a hot tub, but it doesn't have one. Overall a decent hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Please add parking exit info to the welcome page scan barcode and tell your guests about the scan barcode to answer most of their questions. I bothered them way too much only to find out the info was already available. But they were so great otherwise. I loved my whole stay!!
