Went to check in on Saturday night on Memorial Weekend. Had a reservation and when I went to check in they had no rooms. Didn’t care that I had a reservation and told me that there were other people in the same situation. What a disaster and completely unacceptable. Skip this hotel!

Hotel Internet/WIFI was not working most of the visit. Not many shops close to the hotel. Food was not good at the hotel. Breakfast looked like cafeteria food. For the price you pay for accommodations, Should have a nice sit down restaurant in the hotel so guest want have to walk to get decent . For this hotel to be located that close to TD garden, should be more things to do on the strip near TD Garden.

This is our fourth time staying at CitizenM North Station Boston. It is convenient for attending Celtics games, there is a lot of food options around the area, and Boston is a very walkable city, so we are always good to walk downtown and beyond. The staff are always excellent, and the common area has a great vibe and ambiance. The beds are high, and positioned so it is hard to get in and off the bed if you are short (I am 5 foot 5), but that is my only complaint about the place. We never eat breakfast here as I find it pretty expensive for the options and selection. We had one breakfast last stay and decided that going to the supermarket or a restaurant close by is a better option for our budget as the hotel price is already high (likely because of the convenience). I have stayed many places downtown in Boston over the years, but the last four trips, and going forward, CitizenM is the only place for us. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for th great stay!
