Clean room was great, but a little small compared to the image online. Bathroom sink area needs shelves for more counter space. Comforter was like a thin styrofoam and bed was squeaky. Staff is great!

This hotel was disgusting. The room was so dirty that I checked in, walked into my room and immediately checked out. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the towels, the bed had stains all over the begging, the couches and ottoman had rips and tons of stains. The shower had mold in the corners and the floors had sticky residue stuck to it. The door locks haven't been updated which made this room unsafe and when I walked int her conjoining door was left unlocked- anybody from the room on the other side could have easily entered my room prior to check in. I went to complain and check out to ask for a refund and the clerk let me know she couldn't process a refund, I would need to reach out to upper management. When I called for upper management the next day they said the manager doesn't get in until late and doesn't return phone calls that I would need to send an email to get in touch with her. Honestly, the lack of communication and accountability completely makes sense after stepping foot into this poorly kept property.
